Promotions
RubyBet offer a few different promotions but their current welcome offer allows new players to make the most out of their deposit £10 and get £10 offer. In order to secure this, simply sign up for a new account, stake a minimum of £10 at minimum odds of 1.5, stake not returned and 10x wagering the winnings from the free bet. Full terms and conditions apply. Along with this bonus, customers can also make the most out of RubyBet’s promotions for Italian, Spanish, German and Premier League football, while they do also offer tennis promotions, with an Australia Open promo available at the time of writing.
Site Design
RubyBet’s site design is not one that is revolutionary but that does not mean it is not eye-catching. The red and black colour scheme of the site is one that does look very good, with the former the domineering colour on the site. The rolling tab at the top shows off the different offers that RubyBet are currently running which includes offers for the Australian Open tennis along with Premier League, German and Spanish football. The bar makes it incredibly easy for customers to find an offer that is applicable to them, although these are primarily football orientated, meaning that members looking for offers on other sport may be left disappointed.
The available sports are then displayed below this tab and we feel this is the area in which customers of sports betting may be left disappointed. RubyBet’s list of available sports to bet on really lags behind other bookies as they seem to miss out on a lot of big sports that punters would like to bet on.
Despite the fact that RubyBet fail to really offer enough sports, we do like the way that all of the action is kept to one page as clicking on a sport and then a particular match brings all the info for the game up on the same screen, meaning the chance of seeing long loading screens is reduced. However, like the limited available sports, the markets RubyBet cover in a game like cricket also seems restricted, with other bookmakers offering more in-depth markets.
RubyBet have incorporated a few different graphics onto their site such as with football where there is a small pitch showing what is happening in a certain game such as a team attacking, a team having a dangerous attack or a free kick and so on. However, this is fairly standard for the betting industry these days as most bookies offer this sort of functionality.
Cashier Options
RubyBet offer a decent number of ways for customers to pay into their accounts making them an even more viable option when it comes to betting on all of the best sports. These deposit methods include Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, which are all very much expected depositing methods in gambling these days, while the likes of PayPal, viaPhone, paysafecard, Trustly, Zimpler, ecoPayz, Neteller and Skrill feature along with many more. This long list of deposit options makes it very simple for customers to pay money into their account as nearly everyone will have an account with one of these payment methods.
Conclusion
RubyBet’s foray into the gambling industry is one that does bring some positives with it’s decent site design and good range of promotions coming alongside a pretty quick site. However, their list of available sports to bet in is simply not good enough in this day and age while they do lag behind when it comes to the markets they offer on some sports. This is something that can be remedied though, and we feel that if RubyBet are to add to their list of available sports and increase their markets covered for smaller sports, then they would go up markedly in our eyes.
